2012 SCHOOL TIMES

Dear Parents
I trust that 2012 has started well for you. We have changed the school times to acommodate the implementtion of CAPS in the Foundation Phase and to meet the needs of the school.
THIS WEEK we will still work on the old dismissal times (Gr.2 - Gr.7)
Grade 2 : 13:30
Grade 3 - Grade 7 : 14:30
Friday all children will be dismissed at 12:30
NEXT WEEK (16 - 20 JANUARY)
Grade 1 and 2: Monday to Thursday : 13:45
Grade 3: Monday and Wednesday : 13:45
Tuesday and Thursday : 14:30
Grade 4 to Grade 7: Monday to Thursday : 14:30
Friday all children will be dismissed at 12:30
FROM 23 JANUARY AND FOR THE REST OF THE TERM
We will be including an hour extra-curricular activities on Tuesday and Thursdays for Grades 3 - Grade 7. Dismissal times will therefore be as follows:
Grade 2 : No changes
Grade 3 : Monday and Wednesday : 13:45
Tuesday and Thursday : 15:30
Grade 4 to Grade 7 : Monday and Wednesday : 14:30
Tuesday and Thursday : 15:30
Friday all children will be dismissed at 12:30
Please take note of these changes and make the necessary arrangements with lift clubs.
